Options for Call Manager Dialer for Business IP, Business All-in-One and Business Voice Essentials Users
Effective 12/31/2020, Business IP, Business All-in-One and Business Voice Essentials users will no longer be able to access the Broadsoft Call Manager Dialer. You may manage your Call Manager voice features including Remote Office for Incoming Calls, Call Forwarding Always, Do Not Disturb, and Call History through your Online User and Admin Web Portal. The Call Manager Remote Office for Outgoing Calls feature will no longer be available.
Below are instructions on alternate ways to manage the features of your Business Voice service.
The Call Manager Dialer (below) will no longer be available. Typically, this Dialer is accessed through a pop-up on your web browser.
If you currently manage the following Business Voice features through the Call Manager Dialer, you will need to instead use your Web Portal Page to setup these features.
- Remote Office for Incoming Calls
- Call Forwarding Always (CFA)
- Do Not Disturb (DND)
- Call History
Profile section:
Use the provide section to set up features for Incoming Calls option (Do Not Disturb, or Call Forwarding Always), or to Access the Call Control options (Remote Office- Incoming Calls).
Options section:
Use Call Control Section to setup Remote Office Incoming calls
Click on the Remote Office Option
Click the “on” Radio button to enable the Remote Office for incoming calls
Then enter the phone number you would like remote office to be connected to
Once completed click “ok” to save your changes
Use Incoming Calls Section to update Do Not Disturb, or Call Forwarding Always
To enable call forwarding always
Change the radio button to “on”
Then enter in the number you would like call forward to in the empty field below
Once completed click “ok” to save your changes
To enable do not disturb
Change radio button to “on”
Then click “ok” to save once completed

The Call Manager Remote Office for Outgoing Calls feature will no longer be available with Business Voice.
