Complaint Resolution

For concerns with your Hawaiian Telcom service, please call our Customer Care Center at 643-6111 and we’ll work to resolve your issues in a timely manner.

To escalate your concern, please request to speak with a supervisor.  They will do everything in their power to solve your problem.

We suggest you write down the following information for your records:

• supervisor’s name 
• date of the conversation.
