Q1. What is TV Everywhere?

A1. TV Everywhere is On Demand and live streaming video content from network providers. Hawaiian Telcom TV subscribers get FREE unlimited access to TV Everywhere programs and shows at home or away from home using your smartphone, tablet, computer and over-the-top devices. Supported devices vary by network. Access to TV Everywhere programming is based on your Hawaiian Telcom TV subscription. Q2. Where can I watch TV Everywhere?

A2. Stream TV Everywhere anytime at home or on the go at watch.hawaiiantel.tv or directly from the network’s TV Everywhere app. All you need is an Internet connection and your Hawaiian Telcom My Account username and password.

Q3. What is watch.hawaiiantel.tv, also known as Watch TV?

A3. The watch.hawaiiantel.tv site makes viewing TV Everywhere content even better. Finding something to watch is simple and easy. Search by show, movie or network using a single sign-on with My Account access Live and On Demand programming.

Q4. How do I use TV Everywhere?

A4. Simply go to watch.hawaiiantel.tv sign in with your My Account username and password then select a show or movie to watch. An Internet connection is required. If viewing from an individual network app, select Hawaiian Telcom before signing in.

A5. Programming varies by network. Each TV network makes its own decision about what and when to make programs available on TV Everywhere.

A6. With your My Account login, watch any TV Everywhere program as long as the Hawaiian Telcom TV package you subscribe to includes the network. For example, you must be an HBO subscriber to watch HBO GO TV Everywhere programming.

Q8. Why aren’t all TV programs available on TV Everywhere?

A8. A TV network may not own streaming rights for all of the programs it broadcasts. For example, a TV network may have the right to broadcast a movie, but only to TV sets, not on TV Everywhere connected devices.

A9. Yes, we’re working to expand our TV Everywhere offering. Registered users are presented with a complete list of networks available to them after signing on in watch.hawaiiantel.tv. As they become more become available, it’ll be added to the listing.

Q10. How much does TV Everywhere cost?

A10. Nothing. TV Everywhere comes FREE with your Hawaiian Telcom TV subscription. Some content requires you to sign in using your My Account login to view. Access to content is based on the channels you subscribe to in your Hawaiian Telcom TV package.

Q11. How is TV Everywhere different from something like Hulu or Netflix?

A11. There’s no extra charge for TV Everywhere and access is included with your Hawaiian Telcom TV subscription. You only need an Internet connection, My Account login and Hawaiian Telcom TV subscription to the network you want to watch. TV Everywhere includes live TV streaming so you’re not forced to choose a show from an existing list. Full episodes are often available within a few days of premiering on TV.

A15. Yes, enjoy the convenience of streaming TV Everywhere content outside your home where you have an Internet connection. Access to programming, devices, live streaming and accessibility is determined by your Hawaiian Telcom TV subscription and the individual TV networks. Most TV Everywhere content can only be viewed within the United States.
