Sprint Long Distance Discontinued

Sprint has announced that as of June 30, 2017 they will no longer provide long distance calling service.

Please call us at (808) 643-3456 by June 25, 2017 to select a new long distance service provider. Hawaiian Telcom will automatically update your account with the new information, ensuring that you’re able to make long distance phone calls without service disruption. If you don’t select a new provider by June 25, you’ll be unable to place the type of calls (interisland, nationwide and/or international) that you used to make with Sprint long distance after June 30, 2017.

Please note that one-time change fees will apply per line when selecting a new carrier for your interisland, mainland and/or international calls. If you select Hawaiian Telcom as your new long distance service provider, the fee(s) will be absorbed by the company.
