Setup Hawaiian Telcom Email in Apple Mail

Step 1 

• Click on the Mail icon located on your Dock or in your Applications folder

Step 2 

• Click Mail 

Step 3 

• Click Preferences

Step 4

• Click on + to add an account 

Step 5 

• Enter all the required information 

Step 6
 

• Click Continue 

Step 7  

• Click Setup Manually 

Step 8  

• Enter all required information
• Incoming Mail Server: mail.hawaiiantel.net
• Username: your email address
• Password: your email password
• Click Continue 

Step 9  

• Enter the required information
• Use SSL: Uncheck
• Authentication: Password
• Click Continue

Step 10  

• Enter the required information
• Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.hawaiiantel.net
• Use only this server: Check
• User Authentication: Check
• User Name: your email address
• Password: your email password
• Click Continue 

Step 11  

• Click Create 

Step 12  

• You've successfully setup your Hawaiian Telcom email
