1. Referring to the following diagram, find the round Reset Switch opening.
2. Make sure the Motorola is plugged in and powered in the "On" position.
3. Using a Ballpoint pen or a paper clip, Press and Hold down the "Reset" button for 15 seconds and release.
4. Internet service to your Motorola should return once the "DSL" and "Internet" light appear solid Green.
