What is eero 6 ProE?
The eero Pro 6E is a Wi-Fi 6E Gateway with the latest (and greatest) in wifi technology, enabling more bandwidth than ever before. Unlike some mesh systems, eero Pro 6E offers your Wi-Fi 6E devices direct access to the newly accessible 6 GHz band.

How many devices can I connect to my eero Pro 6E gateway?
There are two hardwired Ethernet ports on the bottom of the eero Pro 6E. You can connect as many wireless devices as you like, with the understanding that performance suffers as the number of devices increases.
What are the requirements to get an eero Pro 6E gateway?
To be eligible for an eero Pro 6E gateway from Hawaiian Telcom, you must be a Fiber Internet customer with Fioptics 500 or faster, and have an Android v 6.0 or iPhone iOS 12.0 or greater to install the eero app. Customers requiring static IP addresses are ineligible for an eero Pro 6E gateway. If you have Hawaiian Telcom TV, you’re ineligible for the eero Pro 6E Gateway.
How do I get an eero Pro 6E gateway instead of another type of gateway?
At this time, the eero Pro 6E gateway is available for our Fioptics 500 and faster Internet speeds and not using Hawaiian Telcom TV service.
Can I use the eero Pro 6E gateway if I am also a Fiber TV customer?
At this time, the eero Pro 6E is not available with Hawaiian Telcom TV service.
What do I do if I need technical support help using my eero Pro 6E gateway?
A Hawaiian Telcom technician will troubleshoot your problems and provide the best solution for you. If Hawaiian Telcom is unable to resolve your issue or concern, the agent will contact eero on your behalf for escalated support. Or you can visit https://support.eero.com.
What do all of the colors that light up on the eero Pro 6E mean?
On the front of your eero, there is a LED status light. When everything is running correctly, your eero's light will be solid white (unless you have turned it off). If your LED is in a different state, including a different color or is blinking/flashing, please refer to the list below:
