If you are trying to register for your free McAfee Internet Security Suite and getting an error with your promotion code it could be one of two things. First, be sure you do not already have an account registered with McAfee. If your email address is registered with McAfee the system will not allow you to register again. Second, be sure the code has not been used already. If you have received a duplicate code please call 643-4375 to get a new promotion code.
Provided below are the user guides of each of the McAfee Internet Security Suite software you have access to with your subscription to Hawaiian Telcom's High Speed Internet.

System Requirements
- CD-ROM Drive
- Microsoft Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP
- Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher
- 32 MegaBytes or more of RAM
- 71 MegaBytes or more of Hard drive space
- Pentium 100 MHz or faster processor
- Internet Access is required for some features.
- Operating System designed & tested to support English languages
- PC-only, not compatible with Macintosh
If you already have any other Internet Security Software deployed on your operating system you must uninstall prior to installing the McAfee Security Suite.
